We’ll play and decompress, while also creating a “Living Life Plan” for ourselves, holding each other accountable, and having a ton of fun in the process. 🙂
How will we do that? We take a deep breath and chill. Join us and co-create with other survivors. The setting will disconnect, inspire, refresh, and soothe your soul!
LODGING: We are taking over the Magnolia Manor, the largest home on the farm. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, fireplace, rocking chair on the porch or gazebo. At night, we can gather around the fire pit and share stories, laugh, and pig out on s’mores, or soak in the hot tub and marvel at the starry skies.

HORSE SHOE FARM AND ITS AMENITIES
The Farmhouse is our game room that offers a pool table, ping pong tables, record player and record collection, big screen TV, games, puzzles and arts & crafts.
There are bikes in the game room that are free for guests to use to explore
We have fishing gear (poles and tackle) available to use in the two ponds located on the property.
Paddle boards and canoes that can be used at the group’s leisure (life jackets provided).
Scenic outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and labyrinth.
The Farm is home to a variety of animals, including of course our two horses. They are on vacation just like everyone else that visits the farm, so they’re not available for riding. We are happy to give tours down to The Animal Barn, they always love visitors!
Each night we have a bonfire next to the Silo Cookhouse. The view is spectacular! This is a great time to decompress and enjoy the smores kits that we provide for each of our guests in their homes upon arrival. Sunset is a great chance to walk up into The Silo itself and see the sunset from The Farm’s highest and most immersive vantage point.
Outdoor Activities dependent on weather. Duh!

The atmosphere at The Silo Cookhouse is one of an indulgent dinner party featuring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
EXTRAS (at additional cost):

If guests would like to go off site, the Farm is centrally located between Hendersonville, Asheville, and Brevard so there are many things nearby including hiking, horseback riding, and great shops to explore.

Rate: $3,500 per person. You MUST sign the two waivers that will be provided when you register.

Magnolia Manor:
There are eight available beds in the house, of which two are queens and two are kings. If anyone wants to bring a girlfriend who is also a survivor, and you’re willing to share one of those beds, you’ll both get a 10% discount on the total price.
Meals
Breakfast, Lunch & Farm to table dinner:
- Wednesday – Dinner
- Thursday – Continental breakfast, lunch, and Dinner
- Friday – Continental breakfast, lunch, and Farm to Table Dinner
- Saturday- Continental breakfast, lunch, and Dinner

Cancellation Policy
- This is an intimate retreat of no more than 10 women. Space is limited. Horse Shoe Farm requires specific dates for payments and cancellations.
So…here’s the information.
• 50% Deposit Due by June 20,2023
• 50% Remainder Due by July 20, 2023
At this point….be happy!!!!!!
This below we don’t want to even think about. But…if we must:
• 50% refundable between August 1- September 1
• 25 % refundable September 2 – September 20
• Nonrefundable from September 21 through date of retreat.
Getting There
Easy to drive to, we are conveniently located near Interstate 40 and 26, just outside of Asheville, and roughly 10 minutes away from Asheville Regional Airport, which has numerous direct flights from many major U.S. cities.
Distance to Airports:
- Asheville Regional Airport – 10 minutes
- Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport – 1 hour
- Charlotte Douglas International Airport – 1 hour 45 minutes
I’ll create a WhatsApp group when everyone has booked. We can meet one another early on, plus coordinate driving if anyone wants to share rental cars.
